Jasmine Clark worked within the entertainment business for the past 9 years, as a Hair & Fashion Stylist. In 2007, she began her own night life promoting business called, "Top Notch Entertainment," while managing singers and rappers in the music industry. Her business was not intended for just custom sunglasses, "Custom Nerdz," but a fashion line, selling Snap Backs, Graphic Tees, Beanies, & Other Accessories. At first, she was making these custom glasses for herself, until friends & strangers began requesting a few pair from her. From just a few handful, to a couple huundreds of pairs, Custom Nerdz became succesful very quickly and is now a fast, growing, and successful company.
Goals: To create Custom Nerdz as one of the top Fashion Empire.

Diquini is a design house that creates high end Native American inspired custom made clothing & accessories. Ms. Gillis designs are defined as structured, upscale casual and also described as, eclectic & futuristic, in a modern, yet classic style. Her vision is to recognize and pay respect to her ancestors for what they endured during their forced and involuntary journey west - "The Trail of Tears." Her designs are custom made for those who are passionate about quality, comfort, style, and to be prideful about "Paying Homage to Native American Heritage through Fashion." Ms. Gillis studied fashion design at "Woodbury University," in Burbank, CA, where
she won an award for most eclectic design.
Accomplishment: Former owner of, "TNG Fashion & Photography," which commenced in the year 2000. There she created custom clothing & fashion photography for various individuals.
Goals: Tiffany Gillis is looking forward to opening a design house on location, but for the time being, she will continue to build her brand by blessing others with "Custom Made" confidence, comfort, & style, while servicing all her clients with the respect & the VIP treatment they so do deserve!

With a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts, the founders purpose was to invoke a thought or feeling every time someone puts on a Graphic Queen Apparel, be it bold or subtle. "I've always dreamt of wearing my own designs for as long as I can remember and now its time to share it with the world. Designing is like breathing to me, my inspirations come from being alive, hearing a phrase, seeing an object, social issues, cartoon characters etc. I like taking ideas, words, colors and images from lots of different sources and bringing them together like Jean-Michel Basquiat and Keith Haring "(Stoney Michelli)". As Stoney Michelli's business partner, it's inspiring to watch her create and it allows me to express universal concepts of birth, love, sex and war through her designs. "(Uzo Ejikeme)". There is a story behind each design and we can't wait for the world to hear them!
Accomplishments: G.Q.A. has put on many fashion shows around the L.A. area and has made a name for themselves that is constantly rising. They have also been in rising online magazines, blogs and radio stations such as Business Quarterly Magazine, United Virtuoso, and Homegrowne Radio to name a few.
Goal: While they are
currently working on getting into stores, they're main goal is to open a store in L.A., so our GQAliens (Customers) can come in, try on, and experience G.Q.A.
up close and personal.

Who They Are: House of Desire is a womens' apparel brand based on the Equality & Empowerment for women of all shapes, sizes, and color! All of their merchandise are made by hand in their studio located in the beautiful city of Los Angeles. House of Desire, is a Co-owner Partnership. Both Kai & Autumn have studied at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, in Los Angeles, CA, with 4-5 years in store management. They both have talents in pattern making, designing, make-up artistry, hair styling, and many more.
In November 2008, Autumn & Kai met at a retail company they worked for. Ever since then, their creativity clicked, and now these best friends, are now business partners. Life has never been better for these creative dynamic duo. Combined, these girls have created a line, where pop rock meets urban garage glamour with a never ending supply of glitter. Striving to be their selves and send a message through the "House of Desire" line, that every-one has the right to be different, weird, fabulous, and still be well respected.

Jaime and Cesar are two friends who have a passion for art and fun. What started as an idea in high school has lead to a quaint business in the heart of The Long Beach Art District on 4th st. Both Cesar and Jaime have been making shirt for four years starting in a little place with just a t-shirt printing press and ideas that they wanted to express through shirts. While on an apartment hunting trip the two friends came across a store for rent and that is how Top Sekoms came to be. Top Sekoms offers a range of printed t-shirts, tank tops, jewelry, accessories, and artwork from local artists. The atmosphere when walking into the store is very laid back and you are met buy the actual owners themselves. As Xris and I started talking to Jaime we found him to be very easy to talk to and not intimidating at all he was very informative about his products such as accessories made from used bottles, and bottle head ear plugs from Tarantino Footface. They also have a cute little section of baby clothing from Dead Rockers. Other than being a clothing store Top Sekoms also hosts events showcasing works of arts from various artists every third Sunday of the month.This is a store that is definitely worth checking out.
